Course Correct -the way back to our body, feelings and emotions, with Dr. Ruchi Puri
Thank you for listening to The Ontological Leader Podcast!
There is a lot of intelligence in the body and learning to listen to the language of our body and see what our body is communicating to us, that’s something that we don’t ever talk about, on a mass social level… our physical sensations, as a communication language system. – Ruchi Puri
Ruchi has 25 years of experience in healing and healthcare. Her work is at the intersection of medicine, integrative healing modalities and personal development. In addition to being a medical doctor, her knowledge is rooted in Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine, Mindfulness, as well as being Trauma Informed. While traveling, working and studying in over 35 countries, her experience traverses the healthcare industry, policy, research, public relations, clinical medicine and transformational healing.
She consults with individual clients and communities on how to be the change they want to see by embracing the tough stuff instead of gravitating towards short-term work arounds. Ruchi teaches BE•ology as a transformational approach that cultivates self-contact and coherence across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions of our being. She also embraces the power of presence to illuminate the true nature of our problems and prevent being safe tracked by symptoms. Her facilitation work centers around owning our potential, discovering our unique essence and birthing goals.
